Hello everbody!! :) :)

 

My name is Megan Stover and I'm a 16 year old Junior as well :). I have always felt God pulling at my heart to be active in missions but have never felt convicted or passionate enough to do it until now...and I am beyond excited for this summer! I can't believe it's finally happening and I'm just so thankful that everything has finally worked out.

 

I've grown up in a kind-of-Christian home...when I was younger I was always one of those "Church Kids" that everybody had known since I was in the nursery, but then when I was 8 my parents got divorced and we stopped going to church.

 

Throughout my whole life I've been in touch with God from time to time, but they were always just a couple days that were on fire for Him that faded...until last year around January :) I don't think I'll ever be able to forget the way that He pulled on my heart and turned my world upside down...because I feel it every single day. I got really involved in my church, Willow Creek (my most favorite place on the planet) and have just been growing ever since.

 

I've never felt this close to God and I've never been so wonderfully joyful (and I'm 100% that there's a connection between the two)

 

I just can't wait for this trip to meet all you guys and serve God...I'm just so excited I really don't know what to do with myself :)

 

All of you are in my prayers and I CAN'T WAIT to get to know you all better!!
