I'm going to be totally honest...I don't know if you'll agree with this but personally I think respect should be given with no questions asked until/unless respect isn't given from the other person. But even when that happens, you should still be kind to the person. I plan on showing respect to my team, by listening to what they have to say and being respectful of what I don't always agree with. I promise to support all of you in your struggles and make my best effort to help work through any arguments between the team.
